[pilot-db-list] views that show only certain record?

I've got a DB with entries for a number of different batteries. The 
number entries for each battery will continue to grow over time. Can I 
setup a view for each battery that will show only the records for one 
battery and, if so, how? If not is there another way to do this? I 
initially started this with a separate DB for each battery but would 
really would rather have a single DB and just view them in groups.
