[pilot-db-list] Note field searches

It appears that DB searches of Note fields terminate
at the first <newline> character in the field.

Is there any way to search the entire contents of
these fields?  If not, is there any chance of this
being added in the future?

Alternatively, is there another recommended character
that can be used instead of <newline> to separate
lines/items in a Note field?

I'm using DB v. 1.1.2 (22 Dec 2004)
