[pilot-db-list] Experiemental Very Large Database Support

I am using DB v.1.1.0 (14Nov2003) on my Treo 600.  I keep running across this Debug "Experiemental Very Large Database Support" which seems to keep me from adding new records (well, at least sometimes) to a database I use on a daily basis.  Whats the scoop?  I'm updating but am wondering if anybody can give me any more in depth info?
