[pilot-db-list] DBs from 1.0.4?

Hi,

   I just upgraded to version 1.1 and some of my old database files give 
the error "unable to open database" when I try to access them. This 
only happens with some. I have installed the DB2 plugin for old 
database access, but it didn't seem to help. any suggestions? Thanks!
