OK, I've updated the CVS so that it should compile again.   I changed
the headers as needed for the PalmOS 5r3 SDK, added the Hebrew support
that Didi contributed, and added Didi's bugfix patch to edit.c.

There probably is other stuff that still needs to be done, but it
should be testable again.  Realize that SF anonymous CVS mirrors have
a lag time, and that you might want to use the developers server for
access to the current version.
