[pilot-db-list] Building Pilot-DB from sources

    I am interested in building Pilot-DB from sources.  I've downloaded 
the CVS sources.  Perhaps I've missed something; but, I don't see any 
information on what I need to properly build the program.  Is there such 
documentation?  Thank you.
