[pilot-db-list] more than two fields

Hello all! 

Great program and thanks for sharing your talents in this way. 

I was wondering, say I wanted to make a variable section of the database 
where I can have a field that gives me a choices of (for the sake of 
discussion) , breakfast, lunch, dinner; then I have another field tied to 
that that has an floating input for the cost?
