Hello, You may want to let us know what version of Pilot-DB you are using. Also, there are 3 main "flavors" of the db app. Light (for greyscale or mono devices,) Mid, and Sony or maybe it was Handera. I think the one you should install is Mid (has color support with appropriate overlay files installed.) Pilot-DB is a useful tool. Keep us informed, we're here to help. I now am using a Visor Prism (color) - when installing any version, I get the message "Fatal Exception" and have to hard reset my Visor. I have an Apple computer running OSX. Please advise.
