[pilot-db-list] New developmental release available

A few hours later than expected, but I have just released an alpha
version of what with some luck will one day be version 1.2.0:

Currently, it is just a bare PRC file that one can use to upgrade
version 1.1.0.  It fixes the bug with VLDB popup message, but likely
introduces some new bugs.  

Bugs should be filed on the bug database using the group "v1.2":

Testers apppreciated.  Bugs likely to be receive prompt attention.
