[pilot-db-list] Simple code for an accounting program

Just downloaded db onto my Palm, what a great program!!! I'm new to this =
sort of thing and wonder if anybody could suggest a way of creating a =
simple database to caculate my finances.=20

For example, column 1 contains the date of any transaction, column 2 the =
monies paid in, column 3 the monies paid out and column 4 the resulting =
balance.

Is there a way of creating script to automatically update column 4 if =
any values are inputed into column 2 and 3.
