[pilot-db-list] launchable?

Hi,

   I have a handful of Pilot-DB databases and I'd really like to access 
them directly rather than going through the Pilot-DB database list. If 
I set the launchable bit for these files, I notice that I can do this. 
I realize this might be a silly questions, but is this an OK thing to 
do? I just wasn't sure if I would be messing anything up by doing this.
