[pilot-db-list] Where is the latest version?

Is the beta version on sourceforge's download page the latest "official" 
release, or has this project moved somewhere else?  That "1.1beta2" has 
been up since March, yet I still see people posting messages about new 
features being added.

Can someone enlighten me about the status of this project?  I am confused.
