More specifics.

Here's a specific crash.

I start up DB.  I open a database.  I see that I want to try to alter
the view.

Help says I want to find the listbox dialog.  I try a variety of buttons
and menus, none of which appear to be related to changing the view of
the data.

The closes is a small icon at the bottom of the screen when looking at
the opened database - but that doesn't work.

I go back out to the database selection box and look at the menu that
pops up on the database title.  Nothing obvious there.  I select the
"Create using..." entry of the menu.  The palm crashes...
