[pilot-db-list] Reading database files...

Hello,
I have built several database using "DB" that work with applications in the 
PC world.  I have written applications in VB that interact with the CSV 
files after they are converted by the "DB-Tools".  Is there a library or 
some sample code available for reading the PDB files directly?  Please let 
me know.
