If you need to build palm-db-tools with gcc installed in a non-standard
location (such as I do on solaris), then you have to modify flatfile/Makefile
to specify a -R/path/to/g++/lib (where you replace /path/to/g++/lib with
the real path to where g++'s libstdc++.so is installed).

Also, note that due to some new features, you may find that you have to
change the way you invoke the commands.  Hopefully these changes will
be minimal or obvious.
