[pilot-db-list] Request: New field type - time with seconds

I'd like to suggest adding a new field type (rather than breaking 
compatibility with old database files) of time with seconds.

I'm working on a time logging situation and must be able to sort the records 
accurately by date + time (thus my previous request for sorting on more than 
one field). If the time is not granular enough, it may put tasks out of 
order.  One second is granular enough but one minute is not.
