There are a set of tools called palm-db-tools.  These desktop tools, if built
successfully, will take a DB pdb and convert it into a CSV file.

WARNING however - I've been unsuccessful in building and executing the
last few releases of these tools on my SPARC Solaris machine.

The most recent version now compiles, but will not execute.  Rather
frustrating...
