[pilot-db-list] New Nag-Ware definition

Excellent program guys, one beef though.

An About box frequently appears saying:

Pilot-DB is developped by:
Tom Dyas
Marc Chalain
Scott Wallace

... you don't have to tell the user every time they go into the program and
open a database

I hope this is a bug that causes this behaviour on my Clie, if intentional,
it seems the height of arrogance

You may say...it's open source, just re-compile it for yourself to get rid
of the "About"
That's even more arrogant, why should you assume that any user of the
Pilot-DB program is able, or has time to do this.
