Norman Walsh is writing some perl based conduits for pilot-db.

jpilot-db is written in Java.  I've misplaced the author's name at the
moment.

Brad Barclay mentioned that jsyncmanager is a syncing tool written in
Java - I don't know whether anyone has written a Java conduit for it
yet or not.
