[pilot-db-list] conversion of PDB files to CSV

I have downlaoded the db-tools and am trying to convert a PDB file to CSV.
I keep getting and error saying that there is a currupt record in the db.  I
have changed the data in the db to just ascii and then to just integer.  No
matter what I change my data to I still receive the same error.  Does anyone
have any suggestions?
