[pilot-db-list] Search form for pilot-db

Hi,

as a pilot-db newbie I love pilot-db's open sourced approach
doing databases on the Palm platform. Currently I'm using pilot-db on a daily
basis (price database, about 700 articles). What pilot-db is IMHO missing
is to search using a form entry. This form would be identical to that
which you use when you input new data sets.

The current search is ok for simple searches. But if you want to do more
complex sequential searches you often get screwed by chosing the wrong
search fields if you are in a hurry.

In addition that new search form might present two check boxes at the
right side of each line to switch on 'whole word' (w)
and 'case sensitive search' (c).
