[pilot-db-list] import databases

Hello,

I previously used a Psion Sienna and would like to import the database 
information from this organiser to my Palm Zire.

As Palm Zire normally doesn't have a database application in which you can 
built your own database I was looking on the web and found pilot-db.

So what's next....??
I can export the Sienna database in several formats .dbf, *.csv, Microsoft 
access format

But how can I import this data into pilot-db?

Hope anyone can help....
