[pilot-db-list] View when editing new record in db1.1b2

The view used when a new record is created is the "all fields"
view. Shouldn't it use the view used for editing records? I set up the
edit view to not include linked and calculated fields, as they just
get in the way.  That's equally true on a new record as on one being
edited.
