[pilot-db-list] Error after installation

I downloaded the install for the Pilot-DB.  Extracted the files from the
zip.  Picked the one I thought would be the one to use, db-mid.prc.  Run the
installation process and did the Hotsync.  I get the following error message
and have to completely (remove batteries and wait 5 mins) reset to get it to
come back up.

DataMgr.c, Line:1572, Err opening DB

Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
