[pilot-db-list] Expenses and Chequebook Databases

After finishing the initial work on the English
version of the documentation, I promised Scott and
Marc that I would create some sample databases using
views and scripts. The following zip archive
(dbBases.zip) contains two Pilot-DB databases:
(1) chequebook.pdb, which allows you to maintain your
chequebook with Pilot-DB (There is some sample data on
there that you will have to delete.)
and the other file, 
(2) expenses.pdb, which you can use to record expenses
and mileage (or kilometres). For the distance field in
that database to be useful, you will need to edit its
script and replace the zero by the setting that your
odometer has when you start to record your expenses.
