Thanks you for your help. However, I had already used this possibility to have a list sorted but for me I don't understand interest of list if we can't sort it. In the meantime you can work aroud this using link fields instead of list fields. Put your list in a separate table. Then sort this table. The sort order of the separate table will still be in effect when you select values for the link field. At least it was when I tried this. HTH, Uwe |
