[Pilot-db-bugs] Report plug-in issue

Noticed today that the Report plug-in (possibly others?) is a modal
dialog, and it likely shouldn't be.

With the report displaying:
Hardware buttons such as the power button are ignored.  Worse, the
auto-off timer is ignored.

Otherwise, still enjoying this version greatly.
