[Pilot-db-bugs] VFS calculated field issue

Further detail on VFS calculated field issue with 1.1b2 (and the 1.1b2
plugins in separate download):
Moving the db to SD causes calculated fields to display unsupported field
type.
Editing attempts to the record can produce this Fatal alert:
