[pilot-db-list] Concatenate operator for scripts

Is there (or will there be) any support for a concatenation operation
(combine 2 or more strings) in the script engine?  I can't seem to find one
documented.
Perhaps something like (& [a] .. [n])?

Just think it would be useful.
