I would let the developers say how they feel about coding a reduntant 
feature, I think I already know the answer :-)

My suggestion is to pop up automatically the main help box the first 
time DB is launched, because it already answers to those basic 
questions. But we cannot be sure that the user has installed the Help 
overlay.
