[pilot-db-list] DB 1.0.3 - Clie High-Res Support

Although the program works fine and is very stable,
there are still a few display problems on my Sony Clie 625-C.

a) If one does *NOT* choose the high-res mode:
If a database is opened, then the nice standard slim font 
is not displayed, istead the (ugly) thick pixel-font is displayed.
The database list, however, is displayed with the correct and nice
thin font.

b) if one does choose the high-res mode and then selects
the large font in the high-res mode, the spacing between
the databases in the database list ist wrong.

Does anyone else have these problems?
