[pilot-db-list] Fatal Exception upon New Record

I have a Palm Pilot Pro, PalmOS 2.0.5.

I just did some Palm Pilot housecleaning & upgraded (finally) to DB 
1.0.2.  (I think I had 0.3.3 before, though I'm not sure & could be 
off on that.)

Everything looked great - I didn't have any databases currently in use 
so I started a new one from scratch.  It created fine, I set up a 
bunch of fields, all looked great, then I tried to create a record.

Fatal Exception!

I looked through the archive & bug reports and didn't see anyone else 
reporting this.

Is it my ancient Palm Pilot?  Has DB finally outgrown OS 2?  I hope not!

Is anyone successfully running 1.0.2 on this setup (Palm Pilot Pro, OS 
2.0.5)?
