[pilot-db-list] Some asking about version of Pilot-DB.

Hi to developers!

Please, help me to compile the pilot-db app with special options. I'm just simple user,
so that I've no use a special development envirounment for any platform, including PalmOS.
At the source code I red that pilot-db can be compiled with different options, so,
I'm asking for Masters of Developing to compile special realise (I have PalmIIIxe and
want to have full-functional version with the spetial mix of features, such as, exactly,

 - no color, only B/W (color version is blinking on my Palm screen:( ),
 - no about box,
 - no PalmOS31 support (really not needed),

 - with B/W icons, like in color version,
 - with all plugin support (much desirable),
 - with high-res support, (may be needed soon),
 - with sort option,
 - with linkaware support,
 - with all possible format suport (mobileDB, jfile3...),
 - with link support (really good feature!),
 - with float,
 - with script support.
