db-ColorSelect.prc: set the colors of the ListView for GrayScale and
Color Device
db-informations.prc: display records number and database size (more a
sample than a real plugin)
db-DB3vfs.prc: open read/write DB databases on Card extension
(PALM/Launcher directory)

There is no restriction but some plugins could be unusefull.

If you want to wait.(not before a month and i didn't receive help then
there will be not Windows or/and Mac distributions)
