1. How does one get these?
2. If there are hardware or software restrictions on using particular 
plugins (for example, if adding in a vfs plugin will crash on particular
hardware or operating system versions) PLEASE document this in the readme.
3. Anyone working on an update to the palm-tools source code ?  As a long
term user of DB, I hope that a new version of DB is not released until
the palm-tools for creating DB databases are updated.
