My tool is no a conduit and not specific to an application. It's a tool
to
create the meta data for a database and build the pdb file. My idea is
to
create some differents plugin (for excel, staroffice, acess...) which
calls
this application when you builded your csv file to create the pdb file.
After
you will load the database on your device.
