[pilot-db-list] Problems with DB Tools

Hello,
I've downloaded the newest Version of Palm DB (1.0.0 (0.3.4 beta 5). After I
had unziped the files, there where some new DB Tools. When I will call
csv2pdb.exe I get an error Message: The Dynamic Link Libary cygwin1.dll
coulnd't be find.

What's wrong?
