Hmm, 
	unfortunately, there is no easy way to store the current sort 
order.  So this would be pretty tough to do, and probably pretty slow.  
However, I am planning to add a script that can be run each time a list 
view is displayed,  this could take care of default sorting and flitering, 
so that might help somewhat.
