[pilot-db-list] Help!

I would like to be able to convert data from the DB database on my Palm 
to a text file on my desktop.  I downloaded the Dbtools_0_3_2.zip file, 
but having unloaded it cannot work out how to install it and would 
really appreciate some help (I'm not too computer literate, so the 
simpler the better).
