[pilot-db-list] DB-Tools in 0.3.4

Hi!

I just noticed that the db-tools executables csv2pdb.exe and
pdb2csv.exe considerably grew in size between beta 3 and
beta 5 of the db 0.3.4 package (from around 480KB to 5.5MB).

It seems that either they now have been built as debug versions
or that much too much unneeded libraries are now linked into
them.

Personally this doesn't bother me much, I just wondered if
this was on purpose...
