[pilot-db-list] default views

IT would be nice to be able to mark a default view!

I have a couple databases with about 5 views each and everytime I exit an
added recode I am back at "All Fields" view and must switch each time
because I can not edit the database properly in that view but must use a
custom view with 4 fields per record on screen.

It should be separate from default editing view since I tend to edit ALL
records or most but only want 4 in my default screen view.
