I ran into this problem severa times.
There are two solutions:
1: put the field width in the field declaration (for ALL fields)
2: ensure that you have a hard return after each listview definition
including the last one!!!

If you do the width during the field declaration, it will ignore the
listviews

Hello,

I am trying convert a CSV file to PDB using csv2pdb.  I am following
the 
syntax instructions I get from the -h option, but I keep getting the
message:

csv2pdb: at least one list view must be specified

I can't find any reference to this in the syntax guide.  Could
someone tell 
me what I'm missing?
