[Pilot-db-commits] CVS tree of db module updated

* open in protected mode ( you cannot modify a record without tape on the Modify button).
* popuplist appears by taping on the header of the listview, to sort the records.
* Views are managed like categories.
* support of db2, JFile3 and MobileDB extracted.
* the config.mak file contains Constants to change the compilation:
WITH_DB2, WITH_MOBILEDB, WITH_JFILE3, WITHOUT_PLUGINS
* plugins support in alpha version to use carefully.
* new plugins prc files (all sources are not archived because they change quickly send me an email if you want it now, but all will be in GPL).
