[pilot-db-list] csv2pdb error

Hello,

I am trying convert a CSV file to PDB using csv2pdb.  I am following the 
syntax instructions I get from the -h option, but I keep getting the message:

csv2pdb: at least one list view must be specified

I can't find any reference to this in the syntax guide.  Could someone tell 
me what I'm missing?
