[pilot-db-list] Grayscale support

Hi,

 there are some devices out there, which are able to display in
 grayscale mode but using this is a pain, cause optimal contrast
 settings is different for b/w and grayscale and for any "grayscaled"
 application. Furthermore batteries are getting empty quite faster
 using grayscale.

 I would appreciate it very much, if there could be a
 option like "forced black and white" in db to ignore
 the grayscale capabilities of the OS.
