[pilot-db-list] Fatal Alert on Sort and csv2pdb Help

I tired sorting a JFile database, and I got the same fatal alert and reset
that I got using a mobiledb database. So I thought I would try working
around the problem by creating a csv file from a mobiledb database and then
using the csv2pdb.exe to make it in DB format. I just can't seem to get this
tool to work. I'm sure I must be typing something wrong. I tried following
the posted manual but still no luck. Can someone explain to me how to use
the csv2pdb step by step and in language that anyone would understand.
