Yes you missed something. When you are in the database structure on the left of each field there is an arrow. When you hit it a list box appear with the "properties" menu. Select it and you will see the "properties box" with the access of the list items. In the next version when you select an item and hit the new button, the new item will be added just before the current item selected. > > (Thanks to the previous post here on how to add/delete items to an > existing list - I couldn't figure that out without those instructions.) > > - Similarly, is there a way to change an item in the list (e.g. change > list item "Ann" to "Anne"), without deleting the old entry and adding > the new one (in which case, all the records with that item change to > "N/A" and you have to go modifying each one again). DB is a free software and our intention is to give the more features as it's possible, but it's difficult to answer to every requests. > And THANKS for adding the list type, which esp. with the limits of > Graffiti makes this SO MUCH more usable. > > (And BTW, I'm using a "hand-me-down" Palm Pilot Pro so the Palm OS 2 > compatibility is greatly appreciated.)
