I'm not really sure what to think of it. I mean, I don't
expect to see any daily news there, maybe a static page
with news would be better (I'd have all the information
in one go and wouldn't have to wait until something is
shown in the newsticker.)

Besides, the javascript code seems to be either faulty
or uses proprietary code that only works in Internet
Explorer (which is in my view pretty much the same thing).

I tried it with Netscape 4.7 & 6.2 as well as with Opera 6.0
and it doesn't work in any of these browsers.

Netscape 6.2 shows the following error messages when I type
"javascript:" in the location field:

Error: aimRDFDataSource() has no properties

Error: mtxt is not defined

Maybe they are of some use to you. I know from painful
expierience that making Javascript work in more than one
browser can be a very tricky thing. But if it doesn't work
everywhere, it's not of much use, IMHO.

I hope my views on this don't come across too harsh. I do
appreciate very much the work and creativity you put into
the web site. I just think that this newsticker my be a
bit more work than it's woth.
