Re:[pilot-db-list] Field Types: Calculated

There was a beta version with calculated fields, but Scott Wallace who developpe this part, changed every thing for the next version, then i didn't add this type to the 0.3.3 version. You will find the Calculated Fields in the next version 1.3.0 in few weeks.
