i agree, i also can't see the JFile or MobileDB Plugin in the HELP - 
Plugins Menu, but i can see the informaiton plugin in this menu. the 
MobileDB plugin is visible when i want to create a new database - but 
there are still problems with the JFile Plugin, as I posted here 
earlier ...
